How to order

Ordering branded workwear from Vital Workwear takes a few minutes. We stock around 1,800 garments from 14 brands, and you can mix any of them in one order with your logo embroidered or printed. This page walks through every step, what it costs, and what happens after you pay.

Ordering in five steps

Choose your garments in the online kit builder.
Upload your logos (up to four).
Pick embroidery or print for each position.
Watch the price update as you build, then check out.
Approve your proof and we start production.

1. Choose your garments

Head to Build your kit. Filter by brand or category, then add any mix of garments, colours and sizes to your kit: polos from one brand, hoodies from another, hi-vis from a third. Everything from all 14 brands can go in the same kit: PRO RTX, AWDis, Anthem, Asquith & Fox, Beechfield, Build Your Brand, Flexfit, Gildan, Henbury, Premier, Regatta, Result, TriDri and Yoko.

Prefer to browse first? Use the Shop menu to compare styles by brand or by category (t-shirts, polos, hoodies, fleece, softshells, jackets, trousers, hi-vis, headwear and more), then build your kit when you know what you want.

Prices are shown ex VAT by default. Use the VAT switch at the top of the page to see them with VAT included; VAT is added at checkout.

2. Upload your logos

In the kit panel, press Add logo and upload up to four different logos, for example a chest logo and a back design. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest result; if you only have a PNG or JPG, send the largest version you have. You choose which logo goes on each position in the next step.

3. Pick embroidery or print

For every position on every garment, choose:

Embroidery – stitched straight into the fabric. Hard-wearing and the classic choice for polos, sweatshirts, fleece, softshells and beanies.
Print – full-colour, ideal for t-shirts, hi-vis and detailed artwork.

The first chest logo on every garment is included in the price. Extra positions, and any large front or back logo, are charged, and the builder shows the cost of each one as you add it. Embroidery carries a one-off digitising set-up fee per logo (print does not); the fee is waived on kits of 10 or more garments.

4. Watch the price, then check out

The Your kit panel updates as you go, showing the garments, your kit saving, any extra logos, the set-up fee and the total. Bigger kits earn bigger savings:

5. Approve your proof

Every decorated order gets a visual proof by email before anything is stitched or printed. Check the position, size and colours of each logo, then approve it or tell us what to change. Production only starts once you have approved the proof, so please keep an eye out for that email.

Delivery and returns

Decorated orders dispatch within 5 to 14 working days of proof approval, depending on quantity and decoration.
Plain (undecorated) garments dispatch within 3 to 5 working days.
Everything goes by Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.95 for parcels up to 1 kg, £10.99 from 1 kg to 20 kg, and free on orders over £75 ex VAT. You will receive tracking details by email.
Plain garments can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn and still have their tags.
Decorated garments cannot be returned unless faulty, which is why we proof every logo with you first. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, contact us straight away and we will put it right.
