Ordering branded workwear from Vital Workwear takes a few minutes. This page walks through every step, what it costs, and what happens after you pay.
1. Choose your garments
Browse the PRO RTX range from the Shop menu: polos, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, fleece, softshells, gilets, trousers, shorts, hi-vis and beanies. Every product page shows the colours and sizes available (most styles run from XS to 8XL) and the live stock level for the size you pick.
Prices are shown ex VAT by default. Use the INC VAT / EX VAT switch at the top of every page to see them either way. VAT is added at checkout.
2. Add your logo
On any product page, open Add your logo under the Add to cart button and choose:
- Plain garment – no decoration.
- Embroidered logo – stitched directly into the garment. Hard-wearing and the classic choice for polos, sweatshirts, fleece and beanies.
- Printed logo – full-colour print, ideal for t-shirts, hi-vis and detailed artwork.
Then tick the positions you want (left breast, right breast, centre chest, arms, large front, large back or nape of neck). Press the i button next to Positions to see where each one sits on the garment. Beanies take one embroidered logo on the front.
Your artwork
- Upload a new logo – PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or AI, up to 25 MB. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) give the best result; for PNG or JPG please send the largest version you have.
- You already have my logo – if we have decorated for you before, just tell us your company name or a previous order number and we will use the logo on file.
3. What decoration costs

The setup fee is a one-off digitising charge for a new embroidered logo. It is not charged for print, for logos we already hold, or on any order of 10 or more garments. The price panel under the logo options shows the per-garment cost and your order total as you go.
4. Save with Build your kit
Kitting out a team? Use Build your kit to mix any garments, colours and sizes in one go:
- One chest logo on every garment is included – choose embroidery or print for each garment.
- 3 or more garments: 10% off, 5 or more: 15% off, 10 or more: 20% off the garment prices. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
- Extra positions, and any large front or back logo, are priced as in the table above.
Pick a garment, choose its colour and enter quantities against each size, and it appears in Your kit on the right with a running total. Add more positions to any garment from the + Add position picker, then press Add kit to cart.
5. Checkout
Your cart lists each garment with its decoration, plus separate lines for the logo positions and any setup fee, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Pay securely by card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. VAT is added at this point, and you will receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
6. Proof and approval
Before anything is stitched or printed we prepare a proof showing your logo on each garment and email you a link. Check the position, size and colours, then press Approve proof or tell us what to change. Production only starts once you approve, so please look out for that email.
7. Production and delivery
Decorated orders are typically processed within 5 to 14 business days of proof approval, depending on quantity and decoration. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, and you will receive tracking details by email. If a parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us straight away and we will put it right.
